5:00 pm: Community Picture. A chance to be part of a lasting memory, capturing all attendees in one grand photo.
5:30 pm: Commencement Speech & Player Introductions by MC John Peck.
5:30 pm – 7:30 pm: Enjoy a delectable buffet dinner, featuring everything from roast beef au jus to freshly baked rolls and delightful desserts.
7:30 pm – 9:00 pm: A series of heartfelt speeches and the much-anticipated awards ceremony:
