Rapids Set for First Exhibition Game Against the Smiths Falls Rideaus
Hockey is back, and the Paugan Falls Rapids are ready to hit the ice for their first exhibition game of the season this Saturday, September 7th! The game will be held at the Complex Sportif de la Pêche in Masham, with doors opening at 5:00pm and puck drop at 7:00pm, following a 6:30pm warm-up. This matchup will see the Rapids take on the Smiths Falls Rideaus, a team from the EOSHL's west division, marking the first and only time these two teams will face off this season.
Tickets and Season Passes
Fans can purchase tickets at the door for just $10, and kids 12 and under get in for free. For those interested in joining the Rapids family for the full season, season tickets will be available for purchase at the game. If you're a season ticket holder, entry to this and all exhibition games is free, making this a great opportunity to see the team in action!
What to Expect
Both the Rapids and the Rideaus will be fielding competitive rosters, featuring a mix of established stars and unsigned players fighting for a spot on the team. With roster positions still up for grabs, expect an intense, fast-paced game with plenty of action on the ice. This is the first game of the season for both teams, so the energy will be high as they gear up for the regular season.
